(1) keep the surface of the drilling rig clean, remove mud, dirt, oil sludge and other sundries at any time, and keep the slide rail clean;

(2) pay attention to check the temperature rise and fall of bearing parts, friction parts, power head and oil pump, gear box and hydraulic oil tank of each part of the rig at any time. The temperature of each part should not be higher than 70℃, otherwise, stop the machine to check and eliminate the cause of overheating.

(3) listen to the running sound of each moving part at any time. If abnormal sounds such as violent vibration, knocking and screaming are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection and handling.

(4) If there is oil leakage in each seal, stop the machine in time.

(5) according to the lubrication requirements, lubricate each part of the drilling rig that needs lubrication.

(6) each fastener should always be firm and reliable, and there should be no loose phenomenon.

(7) the maintenance work of diesel engine should refer to "diesel engine Operating Instructions".

(8) the maintenance work of mud pump should refer to the operation manual of mud pump.

(9) the maintenance work of power head should refer to its rig operation manual.

(10) regularly check whether each hose is cracked, unpacked, aging, etc., and whether it is damaged at O-ring and bonded washer, so as to replace it in time.

(11) often check whether the oil in the oil tank has deteriorated or not, and add hydraulic oil in time. The brand and quantity of hydraulic oil can be seen in the instructions in the hydraulic system of rig operation manual.

(12) the pointer of the filter element points to the red zone, which proves that the filter element has been blocked. Stop the Machine immediately and replace the filter element to avoid damaging the oil pump or motor.

(13) replace the pressure gauge in time after failure.
